Michael Jackson's Will

A copy of Michael Jackson's Will has been leaked out to the public. Whether or not this is the latest or most up to date copy is still in question. The five-page long will states that Michael gives all his estates, including taxes and debts resulting from his estates to the trustees of the Michael Jackson Family Trust. He has appointed John Branca, John McClain and Barry Siegel to be the co-executors of his Will.

In the Will, it states that Michael has intentionally omitted his former wife Deborah Jean Rowe Jackson from the will. The other main point of the Will states that Michael's mother, Katherine Jackson, is to be appointed as the guardian of his children. If in case Katherine Jackson is no longer alive, then singer Diana Ross is the next person he appointed as guardian of his children.

Michael Jackson appears to have left nothing to his dad, Joe Jackson.
